Why is it that everyone gets in a flutter and panic bout snow?! If it's icy it's an issue but for the matter of schools closing due to a cm of snow? Come on r children and parents so utterly dependent on warmth and driving that nobody walks any more?

I'm an angel so don't need to walk or drive, I fly. However sometimes that cowld wind brings tears tae ma eyes and makes my wings freeze.

Well, if I walk at a good pace it's an hour to the school and then of course I'd have to walk home again and then repeat the whole thing in the afternoon.

Sod that!

BTW, it stopped raining here today and the sun came out-shortly followed by a wasp flying into the kitchen! Global warming~bring it on.

I love driving in the snow too! Came up from inverness on saturday, not enough snow to really make it fun, but enough to keep me amused.
