Wick swimming pool times

Not having much luck trying to find a current timetable for this. Does anyone know any details, or where I can find out, short of phoning them?

My friends told me there was just the 2 of them in the pool at lunchtime yesterday, and this is quite often the case. the pool is open to the public from 12 till 3pm then the school children classes come in.
