Shapla is good, good service and food, get a window seat overlooking the river and you can spend the whole evening watching the world go by

Jeera is Excellent. Had a meal out of there last week and it ws excellent.
If you liked K2 in Wick then you will be Ok as its the chef who worked there thats in it now.
Excellent quality and I am a fussy eater when it comes toi Indian as its my specialised subject!:Razz

Cinnamon is brill, can't fault it in anyway whether its for an ordinary meal or their buffet. If you venture a few miles out to Nairn, Al Raj is really good too.

We went to Raja but felt that the waiters were standing staring waiting to pounce the minute you put down your fork, made for uncomfortable dining - food was good tho.

Cinnamon for me too - Our indian friend Sid always liked the food there and said that one of the others mentioned here used Tesco sauces!!!!!!!

Enjoy

I think I'm gonna go with this one. Always enjoyed K2 and trust your judgement on this. I know Indian is indeed your specialised subject :D

I used to go to the Balti house when it first opened, they did a fantastic Garlic Chilli Chicken!
