It only goes back to 1945, not much use for us seniors. Maybe there was no music when I was born, or perhaps Vera Lynn singing 'White Cliffs of Dover' could have been the No 1 of the day.

I know I have been accused of being a sceptic a few times for doubting the validity of some sights that are keen to harvest our private details.:(

Well here I go again.

If you were ask some security questions to validate your identification by,lets say your bank if you had a reason to phone them.
The most populer is date of birth and email address.

We have had several threads that have touched on this and I wonder if this is just another clever way of asking unsuspecting people what there date of birth is and then useing it to build a profile on them.:confused

With that rant out of the way, Anne Shelton was singing Lay Down Your Arms.

..."The most populer(sic) is date of birth and email address."...

But you don't need to give your e-addy to use this facility Kevin.

I can agree wholeheartedly with your suspicions. There's far too much of this thing going on here.

Even if the person posting the question isn't up to nefarious ends, the information given is still available to unregistered users. A profile would be fairly simple to build.

(X Factor Finalists with their sumptuous version of 'Hero' was No 1 when I was born. Or not, as the case may be....)
