well hi i did not find a home and job yet but i will not stop looking i will have to stay hear till after xmas now as ive just got a new pub to run but it dose not make u happy if its not were u whant to be my heart is in caithness i was happiest so any body wants a good manager in the new year give me an email on caithness.org or andrew.bowles3@tiscali.co.uk
im open to all offers even lease as we have some money so dont be shy get in touch:lol:

Good luck, but if that's the level of attention a 'good manager' pays to a job punt then I know where I've been going wrong all these years.
