What kind of fish is that?

Very interesting field of science....new species being discovered everyday.

Caithness could do with a mystery beast...I know we have the "big cat" sightings, but they seemed have tailored off recently.
Any suggestions for a Caithness "Nessy"?

it is a variety of 'rat tail fish'
