View Full Version : False promises

Just wondering if anyone else gets sick and tired of false promises, made by "BIG" trade companies or "rogue" tradesmen trying to be something they're most certainly not ?

We've been doing our house up and have been caught out a few times, the most recent being a household name company from whom we got our new kitchen... (obviously I can't mention the name of said company), but I do get sick and tired of being treated like this, especially when we put thousands of pounds and trust into those people, only, to not only have our telephone calls returned, but also the person who you have to discuss things with NEVER seems to be avaliable - would that be out of convenience ??

Is it just me or do any of you have or had the same problems???
