Forum email slow?

Anyone finding that email notiification letting you know of a reply in the forum is very slow these days?

In some cases I'm getting the email the day after I've read the reply.

It may be my ISP email is slow but other email from them seems unaffected.

not a complaint we've been told about before

if I get time before I go on holiday, i'm going to upgrade the boards so that might fix it.

may be your isp tho, especially if you're on SlowServe (erm freeserve)

That one came through fine so maybe it's been a temporary thing.
