Tell me this is a Halloween joke. Its taken me years to get family members to give up smoking. Cannot believe this is happening...its an out and out nightmare. Please tell me this will be banned in the UK. If this had been April the 1st I could see the funny side..but not now.

think if you are a smoker you might not nip out so much to smoke as this drink promises you an instant high followed by a euphoric, calming feeling! Does a cigarette have that much effect on someone, or is this drink gonnna be powerful!
