Can somebody tidy this one up

Right i know its been on here before, but how do you get an Avator??
I saw some1 last week saying that you must have 100 posts right, but Johndy was on this board the other day and he has got a Big blue bus(aye,a Bus!)
Avator, And Johndy has less posts than i do, So what is the truth?

It's to do with how long you have been a member 6 months is 100 post .

Oh i see , thats different to the other websites ive been on recently as 2-3 of them give you an Avator right away. Ive got a cracker on 1 of them
