Dead Cat found

Sorry to be the bearer of sad news, but a cat was found in a garden at Sinclair Drive, Wick today. It was dark grey, wearing a purple felt collar and a bell. The collar had a small bit of black elastic on it.

So sorry for the owner...

what a shame on this poor cat, hope its owners read this at least they know what happened to it if they have.
