I was very impressed with the service that i got in argos on sunday,i went to buy a tv for my sons christmas only to find it was out of stock(very disappointed)i went to the customer service desk to enquire if they would be getting anymore in,while waiting to be served another member of staff came to help me,she went away to find out if they would be getting anymore tvs in,they were expecing some in on monday but she wasnt sure how many was coming in,so she took my phone number and said she would phone me when they came in.She phoned me yesterday morning to say that she had reserved a tv for me,so i would give donna from argos 100% for customes service.WELL DONE.

hey it isnt always the manageress that give the brilliant customer servics sometimes they can be a shops downfall, and yes before anyone says it i do know who i am speaking about.
