Would like a recipe for pumpkin pie

Sweet shortsrust pasty-frozen or packet mix is fine and add 1 1/2 oz of crushed pecans if desired)
1lb pumpkin flesh cut into 1 inch chucnks
2 large eggs plus 1 egg yolk
3oz soft dark brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 level teaspon freshly grated nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 10fl oz/275ml double cream
Preheat oven to 180c/350f/gas mark4
line a flan dish with shortcrust pasty-dish needs to be around 9inches by 4 inches deep
to make filling: steam pumpkin then place in a course sieve and allow excess water to drain away,press gently on pumpking to remove any excess,after all water is removed press pumpking through sieve to make a puree.
lightly whish the eggs and extra yolk together
place sugar,spices and cream in pan and bring to simmering poiint giving it a whisk to mix everything together
pour over the eggs and whixk briefly
add pumpkin puree and whisk again lightly
bake in oven for around 35-40 minutes until edhes of pie are puffed up but middle is still slightly wobbly
chill and dust with icing sugar then serve with creme fraiche or cream
