Whale or what?

Has any one else spotted what looks like a dead whale floating in the sea off Canisbay,near the Gills jetty. It looks black and white under the water and quite large.

Has any one else spotted what looks like a dead whale floating in the sea off Canisbay,near the Gills jetty. It looks black and white under the water and quite large.

Saw it this morning from Scotland Haven.
Like youself i could only make out the colouration.
Wont know what it is until or if it comes ashore.
I have heard from someone else that it is a Whale, species not known.

Would like to know if it does land so data can be collected for Scottish Agricultural College
(SAC)
