It is Mental Health Day accross the world on Friday 10th October if any one out there is needing to talk please go to your GP,you can access the Samaritens,Breathing Space,See Me,Choose Life,by the internet or telephone.Please lets get rid of the stigma of mental health illness and do'nt be afraid to mention the word "SUICIDE, suicide can happen to any one even you.
