I am not a massive fan of Homebase as a company however I had a good shopping experiance there yesterday.
I was looking for a bulkhead light and could not find one in the obvious place to look.
I was about to leave and a very pleasant young lady asked if I needed any help so I told her what I was looking for and said it looked as if they don't stock them.
She led me up the stairs to a lighting department and found just what I was looking for.
With all the flack that some of the young shop assistants are getting at the moment I thought it only right to big them up a bit when credit is due.
Well done and thank you to that young lady.
