Chrones Disease

Does anybody know if there is such a thing as a support group or similar for sufferers of Chrons in Caithness, my boy's dad was recently diagnosed. Haven't found anything locally via Google.

Did you try googling for Crohn's disease support instead? Google appreciates correct spelling (not trying to be cheeky here!)

Tried that too, I've noticed both spellings online but Chron's seems to be the norm in the UK

I've found quite a helpful website, www.nacc.org.uk (http://www.nacc.org.uk) but they don't have any support groups north of Ayrshire

My wifes sister has it, i will find out from her if there is any form of support group.

The correct spelling is Crohns. I suffer from this and it took me ages to find the correct spelling.:lol:

There is a local support group but am not sure of the details. Will try to find out for you.
