I just love the colours of the sea!!!!
Lovely pic's Raven........ No. 1 for me
Great pictures Raven and yes, I love the sight and sound of the sea as well. It is amazing the number of colours the sea reflects; sometimes dark, sometimes light, always bonnie!

What setting did you use, always wanted to do one of these but either get the exposure wrong and too bright then :-(

@ stivagorm,

Here's a series of shots taken today (Friday 3rd October 2008) at Murkle Beach. Some seriously huge rollers were sweeping into the bay.

Lovely shot Raven. Love the swirly bit of water. What was your exposure time. I assume your using the x64 ND filters. Is this the Big Burn, Golspie?
Raven, that shot is absolutely fantastic!
Cheers boys! This superb little stream is the http://www.english-lakes.com/ashgill_force.htm
If I can remember rightly this was done with the 1000x ND something shortly under bulb... I would have to look it up in the exif though.

when you scroll through all of these photos there are just so many worthy of being wallpaper you could change your background eveyday.

I have my background since about 1.5 years.... should I change it after such a short time already???;)

... I.5 years?? That's about how often I have a bath:lol: (I did'nt have a single bath in 2008). But, I do change my wallpaper every now and then. I have hijacked a number of Raven's and Deemac's photos for my desktop. But, at the moment I have changed to (Rats. I can't access photobucket at work to paste it in here) my purpley/blue smokey water over pebbles photo because for once I'm quite pleased with the outcome. :confused:cool:
