Hi there - the class is held in Wick. The date has actually been pushed back to the 27th of October to allow for people being away for the October holidays. It's a small class and places are quite limited so it's best to book early :D

I have a couple of places left on my next meditation class (for beginners or those who are just a bit out of practice) starting on Monday 2nd Feb 6.30-8pm in Wick. Runs for 5 weeks and costs £40 including manual and home practice CD.
