i know it suffered good bit of vandalisim a while ago, so myby they thought it was to important to risk any further.

I recall some c. 2000, but it remained open. What about CCTV equipped with death-rays?

mayby they should have someone who could open up the gates during the day and go back and close it at night, before the vandels get a chance to get board.
