So is tropical storm hanna gonna hit us on thursday or is she gonna head north. I was lookin g at stats and shes pretty close???????

the one after (ike?) is certainly getting big, cat 4 already and if it swings as predicted it headed towards the mississppi.

at the moment it looks like she'll swing away and dissipate fairly quickly i don't think we'll see any of the wind :)
i'll keep and eye on things and let you know if that changes though.

Must admit when theres a hurrican warning I switch onto Fox and watch the coverage.A bit sad I know but its Human nature :)

It's probably to early to tell katarina. Are you going on holiday there? I know folk who are supposed to be leaving for the Dominican Republic on Friday. Looks doubtful now.

Thursday is just looking like a typical caithness autumn day, wet, normal caithness wind maybe gusting to just above 30mph and sun later.
We're not in for a battering yet :)

Thought my kids were joking when they said that if we survive the scientists playtime tomorrow we're done for anyway due to the hurricane on its way! :eek:
