Its not a good outlook but it will be very helpful to first time buyer as property prices look set to fall for the next 18 month.

Its not good if you got a high mortgage or a high loan to value.

Property prices have been silly for a long time now and I think this is something that was inevitable, not the credit crunch per say, but prices falling back. We all just have to be careful with our money and it will pass - eventually.

A 30 or 40% decrease will do every one good.
