LPG cooker

Hi,
I am looking for some advice please.
I wish to buy a new dual fuel cooker.
For the gas part, do I need to have it installed by a professional?
If so can anyone recommend someone?
Also where do I but LPG bottles in Thurso?

any help or info much appreciated.
