Fuel shortage.

Just heard that Pennyland filling station has run out of unleaded petrol. I thought the petrol shortage was only hitting the south-east of England.
Are any other filling stations up here short on Fuel?

I saw one half of the station has been bollarded off and a chap was hosing down the forecourt with water. Could it just be that they had a spillage?:confused:
