arrrgh call centres

trying to cancel my phone line from talktalk and finding it impossible....everytime I finally get to speak to a human they tell me im in the wrong dept and when they transfer me (if they can) the phone goes dead .....been trying since 1600hrs

i find that strange as ive just been on phone to them, 3 different times and got through straight away

call there sales hotline then they will give u a different number

thats what I did initially I ended up with 3 different numbers in the end ....
why is it so hard to cancel a service but so easy to get a new one?

Cancel your direct debits (or whatever payment system you use) they soon take note then.....;)

Thats what i did i was having problems with setanta sports regarding them taking to much money over 2 months called and wrote only be told it was sorted out and guess what it wasnt. Cancelled the direct debit and wo behold they called and it all got sorted out thankfully.
