Pesto

Bought a couple of jars of Pesto as it was going cheap in the Coop and I am not one to pass a bargain up. Did notice Julia suggested boiled potatoes with Pesto in a previous page.

Looking for something more exciting to make with my two jars, open to ideas folks.:)

Och dirdyweeker I was hopin this was a recipe for pesto as I am gonna look one out - don't fancy the ingredients I have been readin on the jars!

Well it looks like the JOG tatties will be served with the pesto tomorrow.

(and the pineapple upside down pudding from another section for desert.)

Good luck with finding a recipe for making your own Pesto. Stick it on here and I might try it sometime.

ps ...off to check out videojug.com....might find Pesto there.
