Dead Cat

Is anyone missing a small cat/kitten just south of Lybster?
It was hit by a tourist on the road, my husband stopped and picked it up he thought its mother was there also but it may have been an unrelated cat.
He took the injured cat to the vets but it died before he got there.

hi what colour was the cat and was it a kitten or full grown please and also what colour was the cat nearby, my brother's cat is missing down that way, thank you for your time

Hi, it was different shades of light and dark brown, it was not an adult cat maybe 3 quarters grown and fluffy, the cat nearby was similarly coloured but not fluffy.
