Tenants rights.

Just trying to find out if anyone can help me with finding out some info on tenants rights when attached to private land or property.I have searched the net but cant find any info, can any point me in the right direction.I understand the rights in England but it is different in scotland

Depends what information you need. The best way of hopefully getting the right information is from a solicitor.

thanks thats perfect. It was nothing legal, just got plans for back garden and did not want to impede the neighbours, just could not find any info on what we are allowed to do, and what permissions are required. Thanks for the help.
