We are just back our holidays and while we were off we visited Blair Drummond Safari park. They have free kennels at the entrance, which I think is a great idea as it was scorching the day we went. You aren't allowed your dog in your vehicle while you drive round the park but for a £5 deposit you get a kennel with waterbowl and padlock for the door - bring your own bed or blanket - and your dog is checked on regularly while you are in the park, they take your registration and mobile numbers in case they need to contact you and you have peace of mind that your dog is secure and comfortable. :D

We didn't go to a lot of attractions because it was a shame to leave Cara on a hot day.
Here is a link to free car signs to display on your car. If it helps save one dog by making their owners think about what they are doing it's worth it ...

Well done Blair Drummond S/P for providing kennels, what a good idea! It is nice to be able to take your dog on holiday with you, as part of the family, but alas when the weather is so hot it does present a few problems. Have just ordered the Border terrier sticker!!..thanks for the link.
