cant seem to post one,every time i click on edit it,it says no avatar to post and cant switch it off? any help appreciated

You'll have to wait until you become an Orger before you qualify for an avatar. This post (http://forum.caithness.org/showpost.php?p=383533&postcount=10) tells you the current settings for when that happens.
