Bill Fernie, chairman of the Education, Culture and Sport committree of Highland council joined musicians and supporters on Friday 11th July 2008 at Muirtown Basin Marina, Inverness, to promote the line up for the 7th Caledonian Canal Ceilidh Trail Band, which opens on Monday 14 July.
