Really sad to see this as I went for a walk last night along the sea front there was 2 broken windows in the building thats getting upgraded. Why has someone done this? Do they not want to see a nice looking place on the sea front instead of one going to ruin.

Sadam

Is this not a general trend because the culprits do not really suffer any punishment or the punishment they do receive if caught and found guilty is extremely lenient IMHO.

The perpetrators are not frightened of being found out, not frightened of their parents finding out, not frightened about any punishment - they do not even have to pay for the work and materials it costs to repair the damage they have caused.

They feel they can take their bad moods, personal vendettas out on other people property and belongings and not be punished - and surprise surprise it works.

How many people would intervene or report vandalism or damaging things - very few people would contact police etc.

They rant about the local hooligans and vandalism but until it is their property damaged they do nothing, pretending they have not seen anything but expect everyone to come forward when their property is damaged - or do I hold a very sad outlook on the human race at present?
