Was out at the trinkie with kiddies yest just to pass a bit of time and have a wee look in the rock pools. It was such a mess with oil you really had to watch where you were standing which is a shame because there was a few of the smaller rockpools perfect for little hands to have a rumage around in but unfortunatly couldnt because of the oil not to mention to watch incase it got on clothes. Is this ever going to get cleaned up?

whare did that oil come from then? must be affecting the birds ect if there was enough to get on your clothes......

No TBH i did a post about it and reported it to the council and they said it would be cleaned up and that was last month (typical) the oil was from a ship cleaning tanks as far as i recall. it was about the same time that tar balls were reported on some of the local beaches (they closed kiess beach i think) hope this helps :D
