Lost Toolbars in IE7

I was dabbling as you do??
Anyway I have lost my Ebay toolbar and Easywebprint toolbar, I can see them when I right click but they are greyed out, can anyone help me get them back, did try a few things but didnt work!!

Are they enabled in the 'view' - 'toolbars' menu?

Alternatively they may have been disabled in the Tools > Manage Add-Ons > Enable or Disable Add-Ons option. Click each item in turn and see which are enabled and which are disabled - alter as necessary before clicking the OK button.

They were disabled in the manage add ons!!
