not sure what this is but pretty sure its a member of the dead nettle family and thought maybe a wild sage any info greatly received as always. flowers looked very orchid like in their markings and very pretty

Hi Count.

Hedge Woundwort (Stachys sylvatica) which is quite common round the County.

thanx taraxacum I thought it may be quite common as it was growing on the opposite bank from the doctors surgery. but as i said a very pretty flower anyway lol :D
