WD-40. However make ultra-double sure you wipe it all off when you're done. Then wipe it again. Otherwise you may find yourself coming to, flat on your back on the laminate flooring.
Wipe the stain with a cloth dipped in warm sudsy water to which a few drops of ammonia have been added. Rinse well with a cloth moistened with clear water and wipe dry. Polish or wax the wood as usual.

Worth a try if nothing else.
I'd try nail varnish remover or paint thinner applied using a cloth, it should remove it totally.
I have used builders hand cleaning wipes to take black and brown shoe polish off white paint. They are made by Everbuild and remove just about anything, including silicone!!
In future lay down some used newspaper when polishing the shoes to prevent it happening again.:D
