For all those of you travelling down south today, be careful as the causewaymire is closed in both directions between Spittal and Mybster.

Directions in place but add bout 30 mins on your journey.

Sad news.
Just had some friends leave who were going that way, so mobiled them and advised..
Highland Region - A9 closed between Latheron and Thurso
Due to a road traffic incident, the A9 is currently closed in both directions at Spittal, between Latheron and Thurso. The duration of the closure is unknown and diversions are in place.
