My Very Ancient moggy has a bit of a stomach upset. We only moved here last week (a 700-mile trip over three days) and her stomach was absolutely fine while we travelled, but has been rather squitty from about 2 days after we arrived.

She's eating and drinking normally, isn't dehydrated and doesn't seem unduly upset about it - could this just be down to the change in water or should I whisk her into the vet? (I will anyway if she hasn't improved by Friday).

It doesn't sound too serious if the 'ancient one' isn't unduly upset...may well be the after effects of the journey. You could try her with a little boiled rice in her food which would bind her and see how it goes from there......hope you've recovered from your move....Good Luck :Razz

Thanks teenybash - will try mixing a bit in with supper. She's fast asleep in a patch of sun on the landing at the moment (soft carpet!) and I can hear tiny, tiny snores :-)
