if the picture is correct (taken at dinner time today) does this mean that to offset the huge amount we pay for petrol/deisel we are getting the film rights to New Hope lol :lol:

Anyway, it is widely known that people in rural areas have a higher carbon footprint than those living in cities, so I would have thought it might send mixed messages out to the public about climate change if people in rural areas are given incentives to burn more fossil fuels. Where would it end if fuel is cut dramatically in the Highland region? An influx into the countryside thus creating more urbanisation and destruction of our precious countryside and more holiday homes?
