ticks killing chicks and ducklings

wondering if anyone knows of a product to put on young fowl so the ticks wont kill them. so far in last 2 weeks i have lost 12 chicks and 3 ducklings all to ticks. i know some estates are finding in bad with their young grouse too.
hoping someone can help, ta.
