Great pics as always, North Light! :)

I really love that pic of the robin - it's such a great shot.

Did you take any other pics of Inverewe Garden? We went there ages ago, and it was lovely, but I haven't been back since I got my latest camera.

North Light, Little Loch Broome, not been there for a few years but you have captured the spirit of it beautifully.
Is the little restaurant still there where we used to indulge in fresh baked shortbread with our morning coffee?

I love Gairloch - we did consider moving there (the Blueprint Cafe is for sale), but the other half is a total midge magnet and he'd have been miserable every summer.

Gorgeous pictures, as always (I confess: I have your Flickr stream on RSS feed to Google Reader!)

Northlight, they are all beautiful, never boring, I could look at them all day long. I am amazed that the wee robin just perched on your shoe.

Thanks for all the comments, yes the Robin was amazing, my other half was telling me about the Robin that had been perched on the bench by my shoulder, when I looked down it was on my shoe, the camera was in my lap and I didn't dare move it, so the the photographs were focussed blind, got two sharp out of five. It actually landed on my knee for a while, but it was so close to the camera it couldn't focus!

How could we possibly get bored with your consistently superb photos, North Light? I am especially taken with the one of the cute wee robin. What a stroke of luck, him perching on your shoe like that - and how bold of him!

KCI, yes I did take some other photo's of Inverewe Gardens, I will post a couple when I get time, I was very impressed by the gardens and could have spent more time there than we actually did.

Lizz, not sure about the little restaurant, we stayed at the Dundonnell Hotel, sadly didn't arrive till early evening, and left early in the morning, will look next time I'm in that direction.

Lovely photos North Light.
The gardeners at Inverewe feed the robins resulting in them having little fear of humans and being extremely tame ~ amazing to see.:D
