Hiya Ashiegh

In internet explorer go into tools -> internet options -> content tab then there is a section called autocomplete untick website and forms and click clear forms.
But word of warning you know sometimes you might fill out a form on internet and it remebers items you had before quite handy... that will not happen anymore.
Also clear history under tools ->internet options

In internet explorer.

* Click on the Tools menu
* Click on Internet Options...
* Click on the Content tab
* In the Personal information section, click on the AutoComplete button
* Click on the Clear Forms button, and answer Yes to the resulting confirmation

Try cleaning up cookies and temporary internet files. You can do this by going to "my computer" on your desk top, and then right clicking on your hard disk drive. Then go to properties and find a button that says "disk clean up" ( "general partition"). That might take care of it....
