Go to the main page and select the thread marked testing ground. There is a thread there that explains how you become an orger and get an avatar.

After a period of posting you upgrade to an orger and that status will appear where it says your name and at present, NEW MEMBER. Be aware you are not the first to ask and definatly will not be the last.Happy posting
