Selling House in Halkirk - Torremar

Hi Everyone I'm completely new to this so I'm looking for some info. I'm selling my house in Halkirk and just went to the Caithness.org Business pages where you can put your house on for free to advertise it!! I submitted it and it said "thanks" but it didn't seem to do anything. Does it take a while or should I do it again??

Also, I'm going to try and sell it privately here (bulletin board at Dounreay and the Groat this Friday) first and then go with one of the estate agents if it doesn't work out. Any recommendations?

Try the Groat and perhaps the Sommerfield Board as it gets quite a few people looking at it. I've always thought about moving to Halkirk so might have a better read of your advert later. Seems a nice house.

Where do you guys prefer? Halkirk or Castletown?
