garden wall or possibly wooden fence

i need somebody to build a wall around my garden using breeze blocks but would maybe consider wooden fence if this worked out cheaper -live in newton hill area so its pretty windy up here and looking for someone to do the work and possibly advise on best option.

next question where's best deals on either breeze blocks or pressure treated wood for fence if thats what we go for.
