Was out past today and noticed a nice hole where it used to be.

When was it taken down, and any idea how soon before housing is developed there?

The hole where it was is a vast improvement on what was there!!!

if I remember correctly, original plans were refused as there were too many houses planned for the size of the site but I'm sure they were told to resubmit plans with a reduced number of houses and it would be favourably considered. Don't know if that has been done yet, but as SJR says, its an improvement on what was previously there

I think it was the size of the houses rather than the number of them that was the problem. They were going to be 2.5 storeys high so the plans are to be resubmitted.

There is only one table and a 2 stacks of chairs which are left cos they could not move it as easy as the building hehe :rolleyes:
