My Other halfs mum has just gotten over cancer, she is really into health eating ect, so i want to make up a basket of stuff as i want to buy her something she would appreciate, but would rather buy it locally, unless there is a good website

any ideas?

You could always try Mey Selections! I bought a few things and made up a hamper for my grandparents at christmas. Doesn't come cheap but the quality is great.

You can get a box of organic veg/salads from Spittal. Douglas Henderson. Not sure if his business has a name. Could be Food for Thought, accross the road from petrol station. Just look out for the big poly tunnels.

Amanda in Dempster Street makes up baskets of gifts. She did a few of these for Christmas present. If you are local to Wick go in and ask her.

I notice Tesco has organic fruits, organic eggs etc so maybe you could pick up things like that and make a nice display in basket.
