So a visit to Sandside seemed appropriate.

Raven, thanks, those rope piles have been there for some time, but this is the first composition that I am happy with.

North Light, nice shots. Have you tried a crop on the ropes shot? Take out the left most window to make it square . . . . just a thought (I find it distracting):D

Thanks for the comments, Deemac, I did play with the cropping, and the window does introduce a slight lack of balance, but the crop would cut into the ropes. If we get another good evening, and the ropes are still there I might try a slightly different framing of the shot.

Love the marram grass, looks almost like a sheeps fleece from the angle you have taken it from Rheghead.
