cat with broken leg seen near trinkie

i was out for a walk the other day down toward the trinkie and i happened to notice a poor cat( brownish marbled colour) with a broken leg or something def wrong with its back leg it wasnt walking on it at all.
wondered what i should do?
not sure if it belongs to anyone or if it is a stray so dont want to be stepping on peoples toes.

Yeah this cat is from around that area, it has been like this for at least the past 6 years i can remember. Seems to get around really good and always hunting around somewhere.:):)
