Does anyone know who could tarmac a drive apart from Gunns and Holt Drainage?

My uncle had his driveway done by a traveller, fantastic job, reasonable price.

My neighbour had his drive done by travelllers, he is particular, so he stood over them while doing it, and all apeared fine when done, so ,he paid them what he thot was a good price, within 2 (i think) years it was a mess of gravel like stones. Bargain no more,and he has been unable to contact them. Think he got Billy Sinclair from john o groats to do it now and hes happy with it now.
